They call 3 times a day 7 days a week, there is no one there when you answer. When you call them they conveniently cant hear you when you say stop calling.

keeps calling and leaves no message or if I answer no one there. This is using my phone minutes and it needs to stop.

This number calls me 8-10 times per day from 7am-10pm even on the weekends. I called the number back and it does not indentify the company. I dont even have a Macy's accout. Hmmmm

I, too, am receiving numerous calls from 513.754.9822. I have a Macy's account that is current and highly resent this phone intrusion. I'll block the calls as recommended by a previous poster.

Check w/ your phone company... I was able to block this number (calls numerous times/day beginning at 8AM.
COX COMMUNICATIONS offers this service for my set up. VERIZON also has a block for computer generated calls, well worth the extra fee! You may want to see if elderly family members have similar problems and help them block calls, too.
SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION
How Selective Call Rejection works:
You can program your phone to reject calls from any number you place in the rejection list. When your service is turned on," any caller in this list will hear an announcement that you're not accepting calls at this time. All other calls will ring through as usual.
How to use Selective Call rejection:
Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
Press *60 (on a rotary phone, dial 1160).
Listen for an announcement telling you whether the feature is currently on or off.
The recorded voice will then tell you how many (if any) numbers are currently stored in your rejection list.
Follow the voice instructions and press 3 to turn the feature on or off.
To add the last caller to your rejection list:
Press #01# (on a rotary phone, dial 1201).
To hear the phone numbers on your list:
Press 1.
After the list is read, voice instructions will follow.
To add a number to your list:
Press # (on a rotary phone, dial 12).
Follow the voice instructions you'll hear. You can store up to 31 phone numbers in your rejection list.
To remove a number from your list:
Press * (on a rotary phone, dial 11).
Follow the voice instructions to remove any or all of those numbers from your rejection list.
To hear instructions again:
Press 0.
Notes:
You will not be notified when or how many calls have been rejected.
You may press 1, 0, #, or * at any time rather than waiting for the voice instructions.
The list you create here is separate from any other lists you may be using for Priority Ringing, Call Waiting, Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Forwarding, and similar services.

Outrageous, huh? I get half a dozen calls each day, sometimes with no response at all when answered, they left messages at first about the "important business matter". Now they just hang up. Never have I had ANY card or account with Macy's/Bon/Bloomingdales or any of the Federated stores or its associate companies. Done the online research and I dunno exactly ya'll, but somethin definitely aint right. (variety of numbers over the last 2 months). I sure wont shop there. If its them, they should be held accountable- if its not, their legal team should have shut it down long ago. Make your complaints people; then vote with your dollars, take it somewhere else.

They call all hours of the day. My bill is not due for another two weeks. I don't even answer when I see "Macy's" on the caller ID. I'm making the payment now and hopefully it'll go through and they'll shut up

I received 3 calls from this number but no voicemail messages. When I finally called the number back, a woman answered and said they were handling my Macy's account and I should give them my number. I refused. She then asked me for my phone number and first and last name. I refused again and she angrily said she needed this information from me. I hung up and checked the number online and found this is a scam.

Harrassing phone calls won't stop. They call every day at the same time 3 x per day!!!! When I pick up it is silence. No automated response, no live person, just silence, How can I get them to stop?
